Do You Even Lift Brah?

If you are a skinny fag you need to start weightlifting and eating more.

I am sick and tired of seeing retards run marathons and go jogging so they can look like an emaciated African child or recently liberated concentration camp survivor.

What is the point? Do you really think that emaciation is physically attractive? Didn’t think so. This doesn’t mean you should start a 12 week roid cycle and work towards becoming the next Jay Cutler.

It just means that you should ditch the jogging and machines and start using free weights.

  1. Deadlifts
  2. Squats with a full range of motion
  3. Bench press
  4. Overhead press (military press)
  5. Shoulder shrugs
  6. Barbell rows
  7. One handed deadlifts

These will make you awesome and better than a skinny fag. I should know. I used to be  a skinny fag and it got me nowhere. Since I started lifting heavy I have gone from 60kg to 80kg with barely any body fat. My clothes fit better and I get more attention without having to play the numbers game.
